The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants has hailed the appointment of Dr. Emomotimi Agama, as the Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Institute said this in a congratulatory message sent to the DG and signed by the President Sarah Ghosh.
In the letter, the Institute said Agamaโs achievement is the result of his passion and relentless commitment to the Nigerian economy, as well as the finance and accounting profession on the African continent.
The Institute pledged to support the newly appointed DG in repositioning the capital market to contribute significantly to the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu.
