There are a few ways to increase your daily energy limit in Stardew Valley apart from getting Stardrops. Since daily chores like farming, watering, fishing, mining, and feeding livestock use energy, there might be some days when you need to do a little extra. For such days, using a Stardrop is recommended so you can permanently increase your maximum energy bar limit by 34.
The newly added Tent Kits in Stardew Valley allow you to sleep in other areas besides your farm, but they can only be used once until you craft another. So, to avoid using Tent Kits, it is recommended that you first maximize your energy limit and work until later in the night when needed. You can collect seven Stardrops, and once you have all of them, you will increase your character’s maximum energy bar limit to 508 points.
Collecting all seven Stardrops will require some patience and dedication, as they aren’t easy to obtain. Some are available early, but some might need you to go through multiple seasons in Stardew Valley. But if you start getting them early, you will be able to upgrade your energy levels to 270, making it easier to carry out more tasks throughout each season. Finding all seven Stardrops will award Stardew Valley players with the achievement “Mystery of the Stardrops” and a full bar of energy points.
