Despite their crucial role, Chefs often go unnoticed, as they are constantly toiling away in the galley.

From washing dirty laundry to prepping up guest beds, Stews ensures the guests have a great and relaxing time on their vacation. Like a Chef, Stew’s work presently relates to the final tip. If the interior team messes up, it can cause everyone to lose money. Captains and Deckhands are also pivotal as they handle the yacht. However, they aren’t directly related to Below Deck charters.
