Tinubu Jets Off To Netherlands, Saudi Arabia

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to embark on an official visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, starting from Tuesday, April 23, as announced by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

According to Ngelale, Tinubu has been invited by the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, for high-level discussions. During his visit, Tinubu will also hold separate meetings with His Royal Majesty, King Willem-Alexander, and Queen Maxima, who serves as the United Nations Secretary-Generalโ€™s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development (UNSGSA).

The trip will include Tinubuโ€™s participation in the Nigerian-Dutch Business and Investment Forum, aimed at fostering collaboration and partnerships between Nigerian and Dutch conglomerates and organizations, particularly in agriculture and water management.

Ngelale further stated, โ€œThere will also be extensive discussions with the Dutch officials on port management operations for which they have world-renowned expertise.โ€

Following his engagements in the Netherlands, Tinubu will head to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to attend a special World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting scheduled for April 28-29. This forum, focusing on Global Collaboration, Growth, and Energy for Development, will gather over 1,000 leaders from various sectors. Tinubu plans to leverage this platform to advance his Renewed Hope Agenda for Nigeria.
