90 Day: The Single Life star Josh Weinstein is better known as Natalie Mordovtseva’s love interest to season 4 viewers, but the Arizona man’s life has gone through shocking changes since the cameras stopped rolling. Josh was introduced to viewers in season 2 of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off when he started dating Natalie in Florida. Newly single Natalie was exploring the dating world after her split with Mike Youngquist while she tried to find her footing in the modeling and acting industry. Natalie’s encounter with Preview Models CEO Josh gave her hope for a better future in America.
Natalie packed her bags and moved to Los Angeles in the 2024 season with her mom, Nelia. Natalie’s mom made her realize that Josh was not going to make her his wife, and the Ukrainian reality TV star could suddenly see all his red flags. Once Natalie split with Josh, she approached her ex-Mike to ask if he could have a baby with her. Natalie knew that Josh wouldn’t even entertain the idea of having kids, but Mike also rejected her. During the Tell All, Josh confirmed he and Natalie were back together.
Natalie revealed Josh had invited her to play golf with him in 90 Day: The Single Life season 2 episode 9. Natalie admitted that since moving to Florida, she had realized that dating was not easy. She had to go out on more dates and open up more to people. Natalie was excited and looking forward to playing golf with Josh. She revealed she’d met Josh at a modeling event that her ex Johnny had invited her to. Josh was the person who was running the event.
Natalie admitted she had a crush on Josh. He had gotten in touch with Natalie because he was back in Tampa for work. Josh asked Natalie if she ever played golf, and Natalie answered all the questions “no.” Natalie was excited and happy to meet Josh. She’d even planned out a costume. Natalie wanted to be “prepared” before heading to meet Josh. She wanted Josh to notice her legs and her body and see that she was beautiful.
Natalie wore a short white skirt with attached shorts and a pink top. Meanwhile, Josh was interviewed, and he admitted that Natalie was “intriguing” and an interesting person. Josh thought Natalie was attractive. Meanwhile, Natalie felt secure and comfortable around Josh. Josh “definitely” felt that he had a connection with Natalie. Josh felt like they had a good vibe. He was also looking forward to kissing Natalie on their first date. Natalie now wanted to get to know Josh better. She wanted to ask about his kids and family.
Natalie described her date as “one of the best times” since she arrived in the U.S. Even during their first date, the only thought running through Natalie’s mind was that if Josh didn’t want kids, she would understand that he was not her future. “Because I want a child,” Natalie declared. Josh called Natalie a jigsaw puzzle that he was trying to figure out. Josh told Natalie about how he has two kids from two different women. Natalie had seen it as a red flag.
Natalie had wondered if Josh was unable to have serious relationships with the mothers of his children. While she was attracted to him, Natalie thought she was going to have to compete to be with Josh. Natalie’s intuition turned out to be right. However, Natalie was scared that Josh was going to break her heart when it was she who rejected Josh three seasons later on The Single Life. Natalie realized that it had been two years of her dating Josh, and he’d never even taken her home. She called Josh a “weak” man.
Josh already had a family of his own and his kids to look after. Natalie commented she was one in a million and didn’t want to waste her body, mind, and feelings over Josh, who didn’t even care about her. Josh had flippantly told the cameras he understood where Natalie was coming from. He accepted that his life was complicated and Natalie needed to be around someone who didn’t have kids and someone she could start her own family with.
In February 2023, Josh posted a tragic update on Instagram. Josh revealed that his son had been in a car accident and had to be airlifted out. Josh mentioned that Jett had already lost his right leg, and had been fighting for his life. Josh was “completely shattered” because of the news. It was later revealed that Jett and his friend were coming home from a snowboarding session when their car hit a guardrail which speared into the car. Jett’s friend was killed on the spot, but Jett is now doing better and has even started school recently.
While Josh is active on social media, it’s to give regular updates about Jett’s road to recovery and to post about his work. None of Josh’s posts involve Natalie. She’s seemingly not liked any of his newer posts either. Interestingly, Natalie is following Josh on Instagram. It’s he who doesn’t follow her back. Natalie had last posted about Josh on her IG feed in March 2023 when she wished him on his birthday and confirmed they were returning for a new season of The Single Life.
Meanwhile, Josh told Shaun Robinson during the Tell All that he was “still very close” to Natalie. They considered themselves friends who kissed when they greeted, and Natalie had spent the night before the Tell All with Josh. While they were intimate and Josh was giving Natalie money whenever she needed it, Josh was still not willing to call Natalie his girlfriend. In March 2024, Reddit user SaltConcentrate753 posted a Cameo that they’d requested from Natalie, which surprised The Single Life viewers. Natalie confirmed she was back with Josh by filming him in the video and making him say “Hi!”
Josh and Natalie are stuck in an endless loop of making up and breaking up where he refuses to commit to Natalie. Josh likes Natalie but not enough to make her his wife or introduce her to his kids. Josh has denied the sugar daddy allegations, but his friends and co-workers know that Natalie is a source of distraction for him. Josh and Natalie’s saga could make it to the next season of 90 Day: The Single Life as their storyline continues exploring Natalie’s wish to have a baby amid her attachment issues as Josh continues to string her along.
