90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Liz Woods has an Instagram page that reveals a lot about her to her fans. Liz started as Big Ed Brown’s love interest in 90 Day: The Single Life season 1. Liz and Big Ed called it quits over 14 times during their relationship. Big Ed and Liz announced their engagement in November 2021 and were to get married in August 2023. They attended group couples therapy in 90 Day: The Last Resort which helped them resolve their issues for a little while until Big Ed called off the wedding.
Liz was a single mother working at a restaurant in San Diego which Big Ed frequented as a customer. Liz didn’t get along with Big Ed the first time they met. However, they started to spend time together when he visited the restaurant during the pandemic, and it was just reopening. Big Ed didn’t like going home and Liz was just getting out of a very bad relationship. They would sit and talk for half an hour after her shift every day. Liz said she got to know the real “Ed” and not Big Ed and saw his sweet side.

It would be interesting to know what Liz, who spoke about taking “30 trips around the sun” on May 21, 2022, is turning 32 in a few days, though she had in common with the infamous reality TV star.
According to WeGotThisCovered, Liz has shared an Instagram post in the past where she said that she was multiracial. Liz has now seemingly deleted the post from her feed. Meanwhile, Liz has Hispanic grandparents who were seen on the show. Liz is said to have been born and raised in San Diego, California. Liz moved to Arkansas briefly in Happily Ever After? season 8. Liz and Big Ed had bought a house together in Bentonville as he wanted to live close to his family. However, Liz moved back home after their split. She will continue to live in San Diego in 2024.

Liz said that once she stopped taking the medicine, she started doing a lot of cardio. Liz added running to her fitness routine along with using the elliptical while watching Netflix shows. Liz now only chooses to watch her favorite streaming shows while doing simple cardio.
Part of her weight-loss credit also goes to her love for marathons. Liz kickstarted her journey by first running eight miles in August 2022. Liz aced her first half-marathon in October 2022. She even started 2024 with yet another marathon. Liz takes her fitness game seriously and doesn’t believe in slacking, so she can maintain her goals. Liz works out at least thrice a week. She’s been thoughtful about her dietary choices. Her being an avid runner and interest in competing in races have all contributed to Liz losing oodles of weight as revealed in her Instagram photos.
Liz doesn’t share anything about her boyfriend on her Instagram feed yet, but her Stories regularly feature Jayson. Liz hasn’t revealed his name yet, his identity was confirmed by a now-deleted fanpage called @mac.and.chisme. Recently, Big Ed referred to Jayson as a “hunk” during his interview with ET. He said he had met Liz and her boyfriend already. Big Ed revealed that there was a couple of years of age gap between Liz and Jayson. Liz has been dating Jayson for the last six months.
Liz and Big Ed broke up sometime in August 2023 as it was a few days before their wedding. Big Ed knew he wanted to get rid of Liz quickly as he had developed cold feet. While Big Ed is now her history, Liz has a pinned post from December 2023 on her Instagram feed which shows her dressed in an oversize white button-down shirt. Liz currently has 54 posts on her Instagram feed. While Liz mentions the names of the shows she’s been a part of in the franchise with Big Ed in her bio, her Instagram page has no trace of him. Liz has removed all of her videos and pictures with Big Ed from her page. Liz also doesn’t follow Big Ed on Instagram, and he’s not following her either. Liz could have blocked Big Ed so he has no access to her life and happiness on social media after their 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? break up.
