As crisis brewed in Zamfara state All Progressive Congress (APC), 23 ward executives members out of 27 of Birnin Magaji local government area have distanced themselves from the suspension of House of Representatives member, Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji, saying they will never be part of such illegal decision.
The executives said Sani Jaji has contributed to the development of APC both in Zamfara and Nigeria at large, stating that some people want to destroy his hard-earned legacy as one of those who nurtured APC to its present development.

Addressing newsmen on Friday night, some of the Excos that distanced themselves include Kabiru Magaji, assistant secretary; Yusuf Basko, Vice-chairman; Salisu Haido, PRO 2; Nafiu said Birni Magaji ward has disassociated themself from the illegal suspension honourable Aminu Sani Jaji from APC in the state.
According to them, four members who were alleged to have signed the suspension letter had been suspended by ward executives, calling on those who signed the letter to immediately withdraw their signatures.
They appealed to APC members in the ward and Zamfara state to remain law-abiding, adding that they would do everything humanly possible to ensure that the suspension does not stand.
“The entire APC members in Birnin Magaji were against the illegal suspension of Reps member Aminu Sani Jaji from APC.”
