Like Selling Sunset, which made some of their regular cast reality stars, including Jason Oppenheim, Netflix’s newest addition to real estate reality shows, is about to do the same in London. The series will follow the life of property tycoon Daniel Daggers and his incredible DDRE agents. He has sold over £5 billion worth of property, making him one of the most successful real estate agents in London. A born-and-bred Londoner, he has become a prominent real estate agent, using social media as a tool to climb the influencer ladder. Daniel has built a substantial following on Instagram with over 65,000 followers. The 44-year-old started his business selling studio flats but has climbed his way up to sell some of the most luxurious properties within London.
Daniel worked for Knight Frank but left the company in 2019 under controversial circumstances (via Evening Standard). The Buying London reality star shared pictures of £10 million worth of property without permission. Afterward, he went on to start DDRE Global in 2020. Daniel stated that he is not only the best agent in the property world in London but also put together a team of agents and respected them to put in their blood, sweat, and tears to keep the business thriving. The show ticks all the binge-watch boxes for all real estate property lovers.
Juliana Ardenius is an interior designer and believes she’s the hottest decorator ever to step foot in London in years. She will be the key focus this season since her crush on a fellow DDRE Global agent will start some scandalous drama in the company. The series will show Juliana as she pushes her professional boundaries too far but also dive into her background and what makes her work amazing. On her website, Juliana describes herself as one who loves transforming spaces into “vibrant sanctuaries” and always approaches her projects as if she is telling a story.
Reme Nicole is a 21-year-old real estate agent who has been with DDRE Global for four years. The self-proclaimed baby of the office describes herself as “young and hungry.” She is an adviser at DDRE Global who understands technology and social media. Reme has a warm side and is ready to impress her mentor, Daniel. The Buying London reality star has a history of bringing high-end millionaires and celebrity clientele thanks to her fun and bubbly personality.
Olivia Wayne is a British journalist and former Sky Sports presenter responsible for creating content for DDRE Global. With her background in journalism, content creation comes naturally to Olivia. She also uses her skills to solve conflicts at DDRE Global and loves to avoid drama. The Buying London star is the voice of reason and advises one of her close friends from the firm, Juliana, when need be. Olivia promoted Buying London with a promo picture of herself with her followers, noting they can’t wait to watch it. Additionally, Olivia enjoys fashion, health, fitness, and motherhood.
Rasa Bagdonaviciute will be perhaps one of the most likable characters in Buying London. She considers herself the hustler of the group. Oliver Hamilton, AKA Oli, is a posh real estate agent who has connections to everyone. Alongside Juliana, Oli will be one of those to watch out for after she admitted to having a crush on him. Oli is tall, dark, and handsome, a demeanor that might give him a little edge in the real estate business. Notably, he’s also a smooth talker who has a better understanding of the high society. The Buying London viewers will see Oli’s interesting past as a reformed party boy who is now happily married.
There might be some scandal waiting to explode in DDRE Global once Buying London premieres, similar to Jason Oppenheim’s dating coworkers situation. However, Oli is married, and his wife, Avia Solomon, is ready to stop him from dating Juliana. She is seen questioning Juliana’s intentions with Oli as Juliana tries to cross professional boundaries
Lauren Christy describes herself as a “realistic optimist” and a “lone wolf.” She is a blonde bombshell, one of the top agents at DDRE Global, and an old friend, Daniel. Her friendship with Daniel will also cause some drama in the upcoming Buying London, with other agents questioning if one has to be friends with him to get the listings. Lauren enjoys getting out of her comfort zone and pushing herself. The South African beauty is a relator who believes that her friendship with Daniel should get her favors, landing her in trouble with her co-workers.
Alex Bourne is one of Daniel Daggers’ oldest friends. Like any other real estate show, Alex will be Daniel’s rival agent as they compete in search of millionaire clients. Although their friendship goes way back, that won’t stop Alex from going for what he deserves in the real estate world. Alex and Daniel will be battling for the next big property in Buying London, putting their friendship to the test.
Rosi Walden is a native Londoner and is knowledable of London properties. She also knows the international market, working in residential sales and lettings. The Buying London reality star describes herself as “ambitious” and “outgoing” and also considers Oli her friend. Moreover, Rosi also feels close to Rasa and Reme due to their similar personalities and is willing to listen to any colleague going through a rough time.
