A truck carrying cows has rammed into a Lagos State BRT bus at Ibafo bus-stop along the Lagos Ibadan Expressway.
The accident happened in the early hours of Saturday.
It was gathered that the BRT bus was loading passengers when the truck rammed into it.
An unconfirmed number of passengers were said to have been injured.
When contacted by NewsNGR, the spokesperson of the Ogun State Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Florence Okpe, confirmed the accident. She said that the rescue operation was still ongoing.
“The rescue operation is still on because it involves animals and foods also,” Okpe told NewsNGR.
