Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal shares in the joy of the occasion as Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State and ex-special adviser, Fabian Okoye celebrates their birthday today, 13th May, 2024.
Aminu affirms that Adeleke who turned 64, redefined grassroots politics and leadership since assuming office as governor in Osun state.
In a tweet shared on social media platform, X, Tambuwal wrote;
“This is to wish my dear brother, His Excellency Sen. @AAdeleke_01, the Governor of Osun State, a happy birthday.
“A man with a large heart for his people, Adeleke has undoubtedly redefined grassroots politics. Since assuming office as governor, he has redefined leadership, not just in Osun State but beyond. His people-centric approach to governance and the undeniable results within a short time are a testament to his dedication.
“Happy 64th birthday, dear brother, from my family and I.”
In another tweet, Aminu wrote;
“Today, I join family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating Mr. Fabian Okoye, a man of great virtues who is both humble and loyal.
“Our paths crossed while I was in private legal practice and active in Civil society. At that time, Mr. Fabian was already a leading Journalist, a veteran champion of Civil liberties, and a promoter of democratic ethos.
“He later served on my staff, first as Special Adviser during my time as Minority Leader and Chief Whip then as Senior Special Assistant when I became Speaker of the House of Representatives, and finally as Special Adviser again throughout my governorship of Sokoto State.
“Happy Birthday, Fabian, and greater years ahead.”
