The Golden Bachelor season 1 contestant Susan Noles has announced that she’s honored to be part of QVC’s Quintessential 50 (Q50), which also includes Martha Stewart and Patti LaBelle. The Q50 is made up of 50 inspiring female celebrities, activists, business leaders, and lifestyle experts who exemplify all of the possibilities that exist in life for people over the age of 50. Susan, who’s now 67 years old, rose to superstardom when she became a fan favorite during The Golden Bachelor season 1. Since the show, she’s become the embodiment of what it means to be a strong older woman.
In an Instagram post, Susan shared that she was “absolutely honored to be a part of QVC’s Quintessential 50 (Q50)! This group is a group of such inspiring, passionate, innovative females who illustrate the endless possibilities for women 50 and over!” She continued, “These women and QVC shared so many possibilities this age offers and how we can influence our own fabulous future! I have never felt more accepted and included.” Susan included some videos and pictures about the event, including ones that reveal Martha Stewart, Patti LaBelle, Billie Jean King, Christina Applegate, and Rita Wilson as her fellow honorees.
After The Golden Bachelor, Susan has continued to exemplify what it means to be a fabulous older woman. Whether she was serving as a trusted advisor to Rachel Nance on Joey Graziadei’s Bachelor season or shining a light on relationships between older people on the Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour podcast with her co-host and best friend, Kathy Swarts, Susan has been making an impact. Susan also served as Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist’s wedding officiant during the Golden Wedding.
