There’s an ongoing confrontation between motorcyclists and a joint task force composed of members of the Nigeria Police Force and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) at the Federal Housing Bridge along the Kubwa Expressway.
NewsNGR reports that the task force was seizing motorcycles along the expressway as part of an operation to enforce traffic regulations when the motorcyclists descended on them.
Tensions escalated when the okada riders started hurling stones at the security personnel in an attempt to disrupt the operation.
In response, the operatives started shooting teargas to disperse the bikers.
