Olajide Akinremi, a member of the House of Representatives, has passed away.
Popularly known as Jagaban, Akinremi died on Wednesday, though the cause of death remains unknown.
Before his death, he represented the Ibadan North Federal Constituency of Oyo State.
In keeping with the tradition of the National Assembly, all plenary and committee activities will be suspended to allow members to mourn and honor their colleague.
