Denilson Igwe, a well-known Nigerian skit maker, recently discussed the challenges he’s faced since leaving Mark Angel Comedy.
The comedy channel, led by Mark Angel, has been a significant presence since 2013, amassing over a billion views and nine million YouTube subscribers, and featuring talents like Emmanuella and Igwe.
In a recent interview on The Honest Bunch Podcast, Igwe revealed that his social media accounts were hacked the same week he departed from the comedy group in 2019.
“They hacked my YouTube, Facebook and Instagram pages the week I left Mark Angel Comedy
“Since that time, I was told to do something I do not understand, but the pages do not go forward or backwards.
“Since 2019 till now, the social media pages have not added one follower. It is just there like that,” he said.
Igwe was said to have in a previous interview claimed that he founded the comedy channel, alleging that Mark Angel monetized it without his permission.
