Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has approved the Years 2022 and 2023 promotion of staff of the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA, on Grade Levels 07 – 15.
A total number of 1,018 of Senior and Junior staff were successful following the conclusion of the exercise in April, 2024.
The minister has also granted approval for the immediate review of the Conditions of Service and Operations Manual for the FCDA.
The Executive Secretary, FCDA, Engr. Shehu Hadi Ahmad, disclosed this, affirming that the approval was conveyed by the Chairman, FCT Civil Service Commission, Engr. Emeka Ezeh.
Accordingly, the Authority is in the process of setting up the necessary machinery towards the realization of the objectives for the review.
The management and staff of the FCDA expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation to the minister for the approvals, noting that it will go a long way to boost morale and improve their productivity.
