In recent years, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) has become a trend among many Nollywood celebrities, however, for curvy actress and movie producer Peju Johnson she is not ready to join the bandwagon.
“I’m really not a fan of BBL. If I wanted it, I would have done it a long time ago because most of my friends have done it. But I’m really okay with my body type for now. I might decide to go for it tomorrow because I’m human. For now, I have zero interest in it. I love my natural body just as it is,” she said in a recent interview.
Dealing with social media negativity can be challenging for many public figures, but the Thespian has developed a strategy to maintain her peace. “I only react to negativity with my delete, block, and restriction buttons. I won’t allow anyone to stress me out on my own phone. I block a lot instead of responding angrily. Small stress like this, restriction straight,” she shared.
As we kick off with the second half of 2024, Johnson reflected on the year so far and what she is thankful for. “2024 has been a good year so far, different from last year for me. And I’m still hoping for more good things to come for the rest of the year. I am thankful for good health. At least I’m still breathing. We started this year with a lot of people that are no more, but here I am, breathing and living. So, I’m thankful for that.”
When it comes to her New Year’s resolutions, Femi star actress admitted that it hasn’t been easy due to the current situation in Nigeria. However, she remains committed and optimistic. “Oh yeah, I’m able to keep up with my resolutions, and I’m still working on a lot of things. It’s not been easy though, but I’m trying my best and hoping for the best.”
