JinkoSolar Holding Company Limited, one of the largest global solar module manufacturers, has announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.375 per ordinary share of US$0.00002 each, or $1.50 per American Depositary Share (ADS).
According to a statement from the company seen by NewsNGR, shareholders of record holding Ordinary Shares or ADSs as of the close of trading on August 15, 2024, will be entitled to receive the cash dividend.
The payment to ADS holders, processed through the depositary bank, will be subject to the terms of the deposit agreement, including any applicable fees and expenses.
The dividend is scheduled to be paid on or around August 30, 2024. The total cash distribution for the dividend is expected to be approximately US$79 million.

JinkoSolar had 14 productions facilities globally, 26 overseas subsidiaries in Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, Mexico and Brazil.
Others are Chile, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Denmark, Indonesia, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia, and a global sales network with sales teams in China, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Spain, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Vietnam and India, as of March 31, 2024.
