Akin Olowokere and Jacob Vandi have been officially announced as the new head coaches for Ekiti United and Ekiti Queens, respectively.
The announcement was made at a ceremony held in the indoor hall of Kayode Oluyemi Stadium.
Olowokere, who was previously the assistant coach at Nigeria Premier Football League’s Sunshine Stars, also served as interim head coach in 2017 after Austin Eguavoen’s departure.
Vandi, formerly the head coach of Adamawa United, will now lead Ekiti Queens.
Ekiti United and Ekiti Queens are set to compete in the Nationwide League One and Nigeria Women Football League, respectively, next season.
