Protests Disrupt Gov’t, Business Operations In Osun

The ongoing nationwide protests have impacted daily operations in Osun State, with government institutions and private businesses experiencing partial or complete shutdowns on Thursday morning.

While the main entrance gates were shut, one of the gates remained open to facilitate skeletal services.

A police patrol van was stationed in front of the secretariat to maintain order.

The state courtrooms and Osun State House of Assembly were also shut down.

Also, several banks in the Ogo-Oluwa area, including UBA, Access Bank, Union Bank, and Stanbic Bank, ceased operations for the day.
