Fubara To Inaugurate Rivers Investment Promotion Agency Board Monday – Independent Newspaper Nigeria

PORT HARCOURT – Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, will on Monday, inaugurate members of the newly constituted Rivers State Investment Promotion Agency Governing Board.

According to a memo signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Tammy Wenike Danagogo, on Sunday, the ceremony is slated for 11am, at the Executive Council Chambers of Government House, Port Harcourt.

The memo also directed the newly appointed Board Members to be seated at the venue by 10:30am, alongside two guests each.

The board members includes, Anga Fubara, SAN, serving as Chairman, Dr. Chamberlain Peterside, as Director-General, Goodliffe Nmekini, Havey Ideozu and Baritor Lenusikpugi Kpagih as Members.

While Mrs Tamunoibuemi Life-George would serve as Secretary

This was as Governor Fubara on Monday August 5, signed an Executive Order to give impetus to the establishment of the agency, disclosing that the agency will coordinate the barrage of enquiries and business interests expressed by investors considering the state as a destination of first choice for investments.
