Kwankwaso Confident of Victory in 2027 Presidential Election

Rabiu Kwankwaso, national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has expressed strong confidence in the party’s prospects for the 2027 presidential election.

During a recent visit to Katsina for a condolence call on the Yar’Adua family, Kwankwaso emphasized the NNPP’s readiness to take control of the presidency, various state governments, and other key positions nationwide.

Kwankwaso asserted that the NNPP is fully prepared for the upcoming elections, stating, “The party is ready to win the presidency, states, and other positions across the country in 2027.”

He criticized the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), claiming it has lost its relevance, and urged Nigerians, particularly women and youths, to be wary of superficial inducements during the elections.

He also called on NNPP leaders to enhance their commitment to the party’s success and praised efforts in renovating the state secretariat as part of the party’s preparations.

Additionally, Kwankwaso pledged support to Abubakar Ibrahim, a young boy suffering from severe acute malnutrition in Yammawa area.

NNPP state Chairman Armaya’u Abdulkadir highlighted ongoing efforts to educate voters about the party’s new logo, which symbolizes a commitment to universal education, a key concern for the Kwankwasiyya movement.

Abdulkadir stressed the importance of grassroots sensitization to ensure party members understand the significance of the new logo.
