A Nigerian father’s bold declaration about the chastity of his daughter has generated buzz online, with many shocked that he would make such a statement about his daughter on her wedding day.
In a video that started circulating online, the father of a bride was giving his speech on her wedding day when he started talking about his daughter’s virginity.
In the video, the father in a bid to prove just how special his daughter was, boldly stated that she was a virgin even challenging the groom, her soon-to-be husband to prove him wrong and going as far as calling the lady “Tear-rubber”
He spoke to the wedding guests in Yoruba his native language, using all sorts of words to declare his faith in his daughter and at a certain point beating his chest to show his confidence.
His speech aroused laughter not only among the guests who were present at the wedding but also among netizens who came across the video online.
