In a major boost for Nigerian football, Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa and veteran defender Shehu Abdullahi have both confirmed their return to Kano Pillars for the upcoming 2024-25 season.
The duo will reunite under the guidance of Head Coach Usman Abdโalla as they look to inspire the team in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
Ahmed Musa, who last played for Kano Pillars during a brief stint in 2021, is expected to bring his vast international experience back to the club. Having played in top European leagues and captained Nigeria on the global stage, Musaโs return is seen as a key addition to the squad.
