Nigerian artist, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly called Wizkid, took to social media to highlight his star power following a tense encounter with fellow musician Davido at a London nightclub.
The two artists, who have had a longstanding feud, crossed paths on Friday night when Wizkid casually walked past Davido’s table.
While Davido was enjoying the night with his 30 Billion Gang crew, Wizkid was there to support his official DJ, DJ Tunez.
After the incident, Wizkid shared a post online, hinting that Davido was seeking his approval, further fueling speculation about their rivalry.
Via his X page on Saturday morning, the singer wrote, “Everybody Dey find Big Wizzy.”
This is not the first occasion we have seen the duo hitting the club side by side.
They shared a memorable night out in a Lagos club last year, where they embraced each other warmly.
However, in a recent social media outburst, Wizkid alleged that it was actually Davido who reached out to him for a reunion, suggesting that Davido follows him around “like a fanboy” wherever he goes.
