The Lagos State Police Command has arrested one Wahab Ibrahim for allegedly defiling a four-year-old girl in Lagos State.
According to the police incident report, the victim’s aunt reported the incident to the police.
She said that on September 3, 2024, while she was away, the suspect sexually assaulted her niece by inserting his finger into her vagina.
Recovered and registered as exhibit were the girl’s pants which were stained with blood.
Ibrahim was arraigned in court on October 4, 2024.
The police report reads, “On the 6th of September 2024, at about 1410 hours, a case of defilement was transferred from Elemoro Division to Gender Unit, Ikeja.
“The complainant reported that on the 3rd of September, 2024 while she was away, her niece a 4-year-old girl, was sexually assaulted by one Wahab Ibrahim ‘m’ aged 32, by inserting his finger into her vagina. The survivor’s pant which was stained with blood was recovered and registered as exhibit.
“The suspect has been arraigned in court on 4th of October 2024.”
