French footballer Paul Pogba has confirmed his long-awaited return to professional football following a reduction in his sanctions and suspension by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
In an official statement released on Friday, the Juventus midfielder expressed his relief and excitement as his ban from football will be lifted in January 2025, marking the end of a tumultuous chapter in his career.
“Finally, the nightmare is over, and I can look forward to the day when I can follow my dreams again and again,” Pogba said, acknowledging the emotional and professional toll of the suspension.
