Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is scheduled to face trial for racketeering and sex trafficking on the 5th of May, 2025, as confirmed by a judge during a court hearing on the 10th of October, 2024.
Following his indictment last month on three criminal charges alleging sexual abuse and coercion of women into drug-fueled sex parties through threats and violence, Diddy will remain in custody.
Federal Judge Arun Subramanian noted that he has been denied bail twice due to concerns over potential witness tampering. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all accusations.
Upon arriving in court, the rapper was seen in a wrinkled, light-colored shirt and pants, greeting his mother and children, who were present for the hearing.
