Social media commentator Vincent Otse, fondly called VeryDarkMan (VDM), has once again shed light on the contentious events surrounding the demise of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
Recall that Mohbad passed away on the 12th of September, 2023, under suspicious circumstances. Since then, his family, law enforcement, and other concerned parties have made numerous attempts to unravel the mystery behind his death, but to no avail.
In a recent update, VDM released a video stating that achieving justice for Mohbad remains elusive.
He had previously called for a DNA test, suggesting that the singer’s wife, Wunmi, may have been privy to certain details related to her husband’s death.
However, in a surprising turn of events, VDM now alleges that Mohbad’s former boss, Naira Marley, along with his associate, Sam Larry, might hold vital information about the circumstances surrounding the singer’s untimely death but have not taken any steps to address it.
“Mohbad did not get justice at the end of the day, the truth is that the main distraction was not DNA, the distraction was Naira Marley and Sam Larry.
“They themselves know what happened to the boy, I’m telling you the truth, all of them know. Up till now nobody has brought proof that Sam Larry or Naira Marley killed the boy, they know themselves, they know what happened that day.
“But they covered it up, they were trying to settle scores on whatever Naira Marley or Sam Larry did to them,” he said.
Additionally, it was highlighted that although Mohbad endured multiple instances of maltreatment at their hands, only a single event shown in a selectively edited video made its way online.
