Youth Leaders Disown Abure-Led Labour Party Leadership

Youth Leaders under the auspices of the
Forum of National Youth Leaders of Political Parties in Nigeria ( FNYLPP)
has issued a strong disclaimer against the National Leadership of the Labour Party (LP).

The forum, in a press statement issued in Kaduna and signed by Comrade Eragbe Anslem Aphimia, noted that Eragbe is the authentic National Publicity Secretary, FNYLPP and National Youth Leader of LP in Nigeria.

The forum, therefore, disowned Mr Kennedy Ahanotu and Barrister Julius Abure as National Chairman and National Youth Leaders, respectively, noting that both individuals are misrepresenting their positions within the party.

According to the forum, Eragbe was elected as the national youth Leader of LP in 2019 and remained in that office by law against any speculation that is not by the rule of law.

Calling on them to desist from parading themselves as National Leadership in the party, the forum levelled serious allegations against Abure and described it as an unlawful National Convention on March 27, 2024, in Nnewi, Anambra State, which violated a court judgment issued on March 20, 2018.

โ€ Comrade Engr.
