Big Brother Naija star Angel Smith has hinted that her romance with fellow housemate Soma may be over.
The reality TV personality posted a cryptic message shortly after Soma’s former girlfriend, Hilda Dirisu, accused him of physical abuse and of trying to revive their past relationship while being involved with Angel.
Angel suggested that love has been elusive for her, stating that she has come to terms with the fact that she may never experience true love in her lifetime.
In a post shared via her X account Angel expressed, “It is Angel always, I have already accepted that the only time I will be loved is when I actually die.”
This comes just months after a viral video featuring BBNaija All-Stars winner Ilebaye, where she and Angel revealed that Soma and Ilebaye were set to marry in January next year.
Whether the wedding will go ahead as planned remains uncertain.
Recall that Angel had previously been in a relationship with fellow BBNaija star Sunday Okonkwo, also known as Cross, during the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season in 2021, but their romance ended shortly after the show.
