SEVERAL suspects presented by the Nigerian police for arraignment fainted before Justice Obiora Egwuatu at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
The 75 suspects, aged between 12 and 15, are facing 10 charges, including terrorism, attempting to overthrow the government, and alleged mutiny related to their involvement in the nationwide protests.
They were reportedly arrested on August 3rd and have been in detention since then.
During the court proceedings for arraignment and plea, some of the suspects fainted, prompting Justice Egwuatu to abruptly adjourn the session.
