PINL Delivers Trucks Of Palliative To Tackle Hardship In Abia, Others

Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (PINL) has distributed trucks of palliatives to communities in Abia and Rivers States to ameliorate the ongoing hardship and support beneficiaries ahead of the Christmas and New Year celebration.

PINL is a wholly Nigerian company incorporated in 2019 to render various services to operators and major players in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.

The company took delivery of trucks of 50 kilogram rice, noodles, garri, salt, and sugar, among other essentials to Abia and Rivers States communities.

The company took delivery of the palliative at Owaze, Abia State as part of its effort to alleviate hunger through corporate social responsibility.

Findings showed that the palliative project would cover over 250 communities across Etche LGA and Oyigbo LGA in Rivers State and Ukwa West in Abia State.

Other beneficiaries are communities in Imo and Bayelsa States.

The project aims to provide food supply for thousands of Nigerians especially in the oil producing host communities.

The Chief Executive Officer of โ€˜Learn and Leadwise Resources Limitedโ€™, consultants to PINL, Deborah Okunbo said, โ€œSo we are giving out palliative items to about 35 communities cutting across Bonny, Andoni, Gokana, Tai, and Eleme.

โ€œOverall, over 250 communities will be reached across Rivers, Abia, Imo and Bayelsa states.
