Ruger recently stated that relationships don’t work for him. The “Asiwaju” crooner shared this insight during an interview with Naija FM.
He explained, “I am a loverboy; it’s just now that I understand that relationships don’t work for me. Normally, my first instinct when I see a girl is to think about how I can get serious with her, but then I suddenly become unserious.”
When asked if he engages with female fans offstage, he responded, “Honestly, no! The most I can give my female fans on stage is a flower. It’s like we’re working together; that’s how it is for me. I don’t take it beyond the stage; we work together.”
The talented artist also mentioned that God has been blessing his efforts, and he has no desire to revert to his previous lifestyle. “I don’t want to go back to the streets; I have to take care of my family. It wasn’t easy when I started, and it’s still not easy now. I pay people’s salaries and cover many expenses, and I’m managing a lot of things by myself. God has just been blessing my efforts.”
