Kano Commissioner Nura Ma’aji Lauds the Quality of Road Construction in Doguwa

Kano State’s Honorable Commissioner for Public Procurement, Project Monitoring, and Evaluation, Nura Iro Ma’aji, recently inspected the ongoing construction of a 5-kilometer road project in Doguwa Local Government Area, affirming the state government’s commitment to enhancing infrastructure across the region.

The project, which includes a 3.7-kilometer stretch in Doguwa and a 1.3-kilometer stretch in Riruwai, is part of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration’s broader efforts to improve transportation and connectivity within Kano State.

During the inspection, Ma’aji expressed satisfaction with the progress of the roadwork, commended the quality of construction, and praised the dedication of the contractor. He also confirmed that the project is set to be completed within the next seven months.

“This is another exemplary project among the numerous initiatives being implemented by His Excellency, Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf, for the continued development of our beloved state, Kano,” Ma’aji said.
