Speaking at the event in Bichi, Dr. Habibu Usman Abdu, the head of the foundation’s education committee, stated that the employment drive aims to address the shortage of teachers in the constituency.

He also highlighted the lawmaker’s role in improving teachers’ welfare, noting that in October 2024, their salaries were increased from 18,000 Naira to 60,000 Naira.

“Recognizing the need for more educators, Hon. Abubakar Kabir Abubakar directed the foundation to employ an additional 200 teachers to strengthen our education sector,” Dr. Habibu added.
