President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, on his 60th birthday, describing him as a leader dedicated to the welfare of his people.
Tinubu’s message was contained in a statement on Wednesday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
The President praised Mutfwang’s efforts in promoting peace and tourism in Plateau State, as well as his commitment to national unity.
“Your contributions towards restoring Plateau to the State of Peace and Tourism are commendable. Your determination to foster national development and ensure peaceful coexistence in the state is a testament to your resilience and commitment to national unity,” the statement read.
Tinubu also prayed for God’s guidance and wisdom for the governor, wishing him strength and good health as he continued his work in the state.
Mutfwang, a lawyer and former chairman of Mangu Local Government Area, was elected governor of Plateau State in May 2023.
