W’Cup Qualifier: Lewis-Skelly scores on England debut in 2-0 win over Albania

Arsenal’s rising star, Myles Lewis-Skelly, made a dream debut for England, scoring in a commanding 2-0 victory over Albania in their World Cup qualifier at Wembley on Friday.

The 18-year-old’s composed finish in the 20th minute, set up by Jude Bellingham, electrified the crowd and marked him as one of England’s youngest-ever debut scorers.

Thomas Tuchel’s first game as England manager saw a dominant display, with Lewis-Skelly’s versatility shining from his left-back role.

With this performance, the Arsenal academy graduate has firmly announced himself on the international stage.

Bayern Munich forward, Harry Kane later on added a second in the 77th minute to seal the victory for the three lions.

Chelsea captain, Reece James came in for Skelly in the 90th minute.

Meanwhile, England will at the same stadium host Latvia on Monday night.
