Investment immigration company, Optiva Capital Partners, has announced the completion of a luxurious five-star resort, Six Senses La Sagesse in Grenada.
A statement from the firm on Tuesday indicated that an exclusive pre-opening ceremony was held at the resort, where the chairman of the firm, Franklin Nechi, interacted with leaders of Caribbean countries and other global captains of industry.
The resort was developed by Range Developments, one of the elite global partners of Optiva Capital for exclusive and bespoke investment opportunities for Nigerians and Africans across investment immigration, investment services and advisory, and international real estate.
Speaking on the milestone, Nechi said that with the completion of Six Sense Resort, Grenada on schedule by Range Developments, Optiva Capital Partners had demonstrated its capacity to deliver on its promise to clients of citizenship through investment in Grenada.
According to the firm, Grenada boasts one of the most appealing and robust citizenship-by-investment programmes globally, as it maintains strong diplomatic ties with the US, the UK, and the EU.
Optiva Capital Partners added that it had assisted thousands of families in obtaining second citizenship and residency in Grenada and many other Caribbean countries, as well as permanent residency programmes in the USA, Canada, Portugal, and Greece.
