Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire is now predicted to beat two major releases at the box office in its second week. Continuing the Hollywood MonsterVerse, Godzilla X Kong released this past weekend on March 29. The film is the second MonsterVerse movie by director Adam Wingard — who also directed Godzilla vs. Kong — and features a leading cast including Brian Tyree Henry, Rebecca Hall, Dan Stevens, and Kaylee Hottie.
