The new week begins, and with it comes new Connections to solve. Today was a fairly quick win for us as many of the categories fell into things that we knew. There is one that may be a bit niche for some players, but if you grew up around witches like we did, it should be an easy one to add to the win column.
One of the best tips we can give you for any game of Connections is to take your time. There is no timer in this game so running through quickly can easily lose you the game. When you think you have a match of words, take a second and try to solve what the category would be before hitting Submit. This simple trick can help you save your mistakes for when you truly might need them.
Before we jump into today’s Connections answers we wanted to provide some hints in the form of the daily categories. Sometimes, just knowing what is expected can help you solve it on your own.
The yellow category was actually the last one that we solved today It’s not that it’s overly difficult, we just seemed to notice the other matches quicker. JOIN and LINK were the two that gave away the actual category to us, but these were just the leftover words, so we were already guaranteed a win.
Green was the first connection we solved today. It was an easy win for us since we’ve been called these things many, many times in life. I don’t get it, I always thought people loved us. Does anyone remember that movie from 1997 with John Leguizamo in it, The Pest? I watched it again a year or so ago and let me tell you, it does not hold up. I bet this is one he’d like to forget. The ’90s were problematic.
Blue was the third category we solved today and it was very easy once there were only eight words left. The yellow and the blue connections were both visible to us at the same time, but we just ended up picking these out first.
Growing up in a house that believed in spiritual learning, horoscopes, and tarot, the purple category was an easy-get for us. These four words stuck out like a sore thumb an I can’t even say which were the first to be seen. Tarot can be an enjoyable experience if you let it be. Don’t take things too seriously, but it’s a nice way to get a broad perspective on your life.
