New Star Wars Black Series Deluxe Figure Sees Palpatine Claim His Throne At Last

Hasbro has announced some stunning new Star Wars Black Series models, including a deluxe Palpatine with his throne. The last few days have been exciting ones for Star Wars collectors, with Star Wars Day 2024 giving them a chance to pick up some tremendous deals. But the excitement isn’t over yet; Hasbro has announced a new Jedi: Survivor three-pack and a stunning Palpatine deluxe figure with throne.

Return of the Jedi‘s epic ending saw Luke Skywalker brought before Emperor Palpatine. Hasbro’s new Black Series action figure – available Spring 2025, but now open for pre-orders – will allow collectors to recreate this iconic scene. It features the throne from Return of the Jedi, while the Palpatine figure can both be seated upon it… and standing, blasting lightning bolt effects at Luke Skywalker.

Hasbro’s Return of the Jedi range continues to expand, meaning it’s now possible for collectors to recreate many of the movie’s most memorable scenes. It helps that these Black Series models are noted for their photorealistic designs and premium details. This figure will look perfect in any collection.

In addition, Hasbro has announced a droid three-pack inspired by Jedi: Survivor – where droids from the Clone Wars era had been reprogrammed. This droid collection includes a MagnaGuard, Super Battle Droid, and standard Battle Droid. These Star Wars droids feature distinctive paintwork and weapons.

These sculpts have all been used before, but they nevertheless recreate new iterations of the classic droids. They’re perfect for collectors who are interested in army builders, and will go well in displays opposing Cal. Hopefully, it won’t be long before more Star Wars action figures are announced based on these games.
