American model and rapper Amber Rose Levonchuck, better known as Amber Rose, has explained her decision to support Republican candidate Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election.
Previously a critic of Trump, Rose stated that her shift in perspective came after discovering that the media had been lying about the former president.
She made these remarks at the Republican National Convention on Monday night in Milwaukee.
Trump, however, attended the convention with a bandaged right ear, having been injured in an apparent assassination attempt at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on the 13th of July, 2024.
“I’m no politician and I don’t want to be, but I do care about the truth, and the truth is that the media has lied to us about Donald Trump .. I know this because, for a long time, I believed those lies so I’m here to set the record straight.
“No matter your political background, the best chance we have to give our babies a better life is to elect Donald Trump president of the United States,” she said.
