French giants Paris Saint-Germain have not offered any concrete bid for Nigeria forward Victor Osimhen, Soccernet.ng understands.
Following the departure of France international Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid, many expected PSG to make an immediate statement with the arrival of their own marquee signing.
And with PSG being long-term admirers of Osimhen -(they looked to acquire him for โฌ100 million last year), it was believed the Parisians would be on their way to Naples before Mbappeโs plane landed in Madrid.
However, no such moves as materialised despite several reports suggesting that PSG are willing to offer โฌ200 million for Osimhen and his Napoli teammate Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has now provided insight as to why PSG are yet to table an official offer for Osimhen in the light of Mbappeโs departure.
๐ด๐ต Victor Osimhen remains on Paris Saint-Germain list in case they sell one striker this summer.
No formal proposal on the table but heโs one of the names on PSG list, while also Saudi Pro League clubs are keen.

Interestingly, PSG do not see Osimhen as a direct replacement for Mbappe and according to Romano, the Parisians will only make a move for the Super Eagles striker when they sell one of their centre-forwards.
Portuguese forward Gonรงalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani are the only strikers on PSGโs payroll, with the Frenchman believed to be the likeliest to leave Paris this summer.
Kolo Muani joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt on last summerโs transfer deadline day for a fee of โฌ95 million ($102.6m), including add-ons.
The 25-year-old struggled to make much of an impact in Paris this season, scoring only nine goals and providing five assists.
Borussia Dortmund are reportedly interested in the French forward but the Germans rate Stuttgartโs Serhou Guirassy more.
Unless Kolo Muani leaves PSG, it appears Osimhen will remain in Napoli, who also expect the Nigerian to exit before completing a deal for Chelseaโs Romelu Lukaku.
A goal-getter of repute, Osimhen has scored 135 goals during his professional career: 20 in the colours of R Charleroi SC, 18 for LOSC Lille, 76 for Napoli and 21 for Nigeriaโs Super Eagles.
