The Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke’s phone number has been hacked by scammers.
The governor’s spokesman, Olawale Rasheed revealed this on Tuesday in a statement.
Olawale while raising an alert urged members of the public to ignore any communications from the compromised number
The statement reads, “Please disregard any solicitation from +234 803 365 7555. Appropriate action is ongoing to remedy the situation.
“Authorities are investigating the breach and working diligently to secure the Governor’s communication lines.
“The public is urged to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities. Further updates will be provided as the situation develops.”
