THE evaluation process for the 2024 James Currey Prize is complete, and we are pleased to announce the shortlist of outstanding manuscripts. The entries were evaluated by our esteemed panel of jurors, and five have made it to the final shortlist.
The shortlisted manuscripts, are as follows:
- Dennis Odhiambo – The Perpetual Surprise
- Adikaibe Chidera – Alligator Blood
- Chikezie Onwumere – Miss Too-Good
- John Otogbo – Ogbogbo
- John Ebute – Fury
The winner of the 2024 James Currey Prize will be announced in September. We commend all authors for their remarkable contributions and extend our congratulations to the finalists for their exceptional work.
