Gospel singer Ajayi Aduke Morounkola, widely known as Aduke Gold, has passed away.
The news was confirmed on Tuesday morning by fellow gospel artist Esther Igbekele, who posted, “A GENERAL HAS FALLEN. ADUKE GOLD #rip.”
The cause of her death has not yet been confirmed.
Aduke Gold began her professional music career in 2004 and rose to fame after her live performance at the first memorial service for the late gospel artist, Baba Ara.
