A viral video of a supposed Spiderman butchering and selling meat in a market in Nigeria has sparked considerable buzz on the social media space.
The video probably made by an astonished citizen shows the butcher with all seriousness, deviating from his original purpose as shown in movies.
There have also been several clips of “Spidermen” around the country doing one or two menial jobs but this in particular shocked netizens the most.
The man in the Spiderman costume was either a normal meat seller or did the job for the fun and talks. People marvel at the extent to which people go to create content or chase clout.
It is however humorous to see the diverse ways Nigerians have employed the use of Spiderman in their local living and “nigerializing” the superhero concept.
