Tinubu travels to France

President Bola Tinubu is scheduled to travel to France on Monday (today), according to a statement from the Presidency.

The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, made the announcement on Sunday, confirming that the President will return to Nigeria after his brief stay in the European country.

While the statement did not disclose the specific purpose of the visit, it marks Tinubuโ€™s second international trip in recent days.

The President had just returned to Abuja from Equatorial Guinea, where he was on a three-day official visit at the invitation of President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.

During his time in Equatorial Guinea, Tinubu engaged in discussions with President Mbasogo and witnessed the signing of key agreements focused on oil, gas, and security.
The talks aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations were attended by the Nigerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, and other members of Tinubuโ€™s cabinet.
