Janne Andersson has confirmed that he engaged in discussions with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) regarding the vacant Super Eagles coaching position.
The NFF continues its search for a new head coach for the Super Eagles, over two months after the departure of former international winger, Finidi George.
Andersson, who previously managed the Sweden national team, is reportedly set to take charge of the three-time African champions.
The seasoned coach has expressed a strong interest in leading the Super Eagles.
