A director at the Rivers State Board of Internal Revenue, Aribibia Fubara who was kidnapped by gunmen on Saturday has been released.
Fubara, a senior staff of the Service was kidnapped at the Okrika Waterfront near the Marine Base in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
